Nesting Graduation - Engagement

The Nesting Graduation engagement activity coordinated by the Talent Engagement team brought a meaningful interaction while celebrating graduation to the Scaled Ops team, who are generally in a WFH setup. The trainees get to meet all their training classmates, trainers, and ops support group onsite while also celebrating the Hari Raya festival together as a family onsite - OP Area E last March 21st. The team usually just mingle and see their teammates virtually, but this event gave us an opportunity to add a personal face-to-face acquaintance with all team members. This event truly cultivated the sense of belongingness and camaraderie to each of the attendees. Thanks to the engagement and admin team who made this event possible.

Cons

Hopefully the event can be consistently executed every end of quarter.
