Pros

This company offer a people oriented perspective to their employee. Employee of this company can grow and reach a higher position in such short time. This company also offer a wellness session for their employee. Another things to note that this company could be not suitable for some people since it has a pretty strict rules, but the strict rules help us to be a better person.

Cons

Based on my opinion this company has a tight target for the employee. But they are not dumping employee with bad performance. They choose to coach and develop the employee even further. In short, they are strict but responsible for the employee.
