Pros

Passed 6-month trial recently. Team leader teaches, not just gives tasks. Work not hard, except at quarter end. Canteen food okay and cheap. Place a bit far but cab mostly works, except on rainy days.

This company is truly like a family. I get time off when I need it and the management team really cares.

The benefits could be better as well as compensation.
