Communication between departments can sometimes be unclear or delayed. Workload management may become stressful during busy periods. Career growth opportunities could be more transparent and structured. Some processes are inefficient and take longer than necessary. Employee recognition and appreciation could be improved. Training and onboarding programs may need more consistency. Decision-making can occasionally be slow due to multiple approval levels. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak project timelines.

Inconsistent schedule, Schedule changes frequently every week which affects body clock

There is no Cons as of now actually.

No immediate access to the tools and websites that is required for training. And even if we are already given access or has a login, we cannot access it immediate due to the training rooms having limited access to such sites. Some websites are blocked and not accessible to newbies who only has access to training room PCs and not in Production.

Still new and haven't met the whole leadership team yet; not fully familiar with all processes and systems.
