      Pros

      interesting HW design and other solutions, good people and environment, good infrastructure, motivation to learn and to try new things

      Cons

      All HW projects are for aerospace and it is very boring to do processes according DO-254. Aerospace require lot of documentation

      Pros

      Highly complex projects with big customers in the automotive sector. A lot of high-level professionals and from more than 20 different nationalities. Big and brand new offices well equipped, even though currently every body can work from home.

      Cons

      Automotive projects require a lot of documentation and processes, which is normal for the sector.
