- Learn valuable skillsets - The pay is okay but could definitely be better - great company for anyone newly getting into IT

Cons

-pay could be more - raises for senior employees

Pros

Since it is hybrid, there´s not much trouble if you get there late the days you have to work and you can get a pizza day every 6 months.

Cons

They promise raises you will never give you, they only raise the workloads, they don´t hire much and everybody wants to leave after 6months there, much of a call center vibes, politics are dumb and they don´t keep promises, also (as it happened to me) you might get discriminated by your race or nationality
