Pros

The company may provide stability and job security, which can be important factors for some employees. Make no mistake, the company does not provide ample opportunities for professional growth and learning. The work-life balance is extremely poor, marred with unreasonable working hours coupled with an unhealthy environment. Additionally, the company culture is ok, with coworkers who are supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

I worked at Tek-Experts Nigeria for 2 years and while the work was stable and the team was barely supportive, I found that the company was not conducive to professional growth and learning. In addition, the company did not provide any formal training or development opportunities, and the few opportunities that were offered were often difficult to access or were not relevant to my role. This lack of support for learning and growth ultimately led to a lack of motivation and a sense of stagnation in my role. Overall, while Tek-Experts Nigeria may be suitable for those seeking a stable work environment, I would not recommend it to anyone looking to grow and develop their career.
