Pros
It´s useful if you don´t have work experience before, but just that.
Cons
Unnecessary Processes to follow, very bad Ops management work, the workload is very high and you have to do extra work most of the time and you did not get the monetary recognition for that. They don´t tell you but you have to work on weekends. The QA team is a disaster, they don´t know at all what they´re doing, they only follow a guidance and with that affects your metrics, the raise of your salary is a pain because they put a lot of roadblocks and when they approve you the increment you will need to wait three months to have it.
