Pros

The people are awesome. It is a friendly work environment. I have made many friends working here. There are several fun work functions such as a yearly company picnic where they invested quite a bit including catering! Management also threw an in house party which was also catered. There are many exciting work day events such as barbeques, and coming up a chili cook off with a fun haunted house. The work environment is also a plus because I don't dread going to work every day.

Cons

Every job has its ups and downs. I feel this place is well worth the "downs" at the end of the day.

They don't measure performance so everyone does whateer they think they should Location Nice colleagues

Management, lack of experience and training, no leadership, the company meetings are terrible. Country manager always look without energy Lack of benefits, medical insurance limited, and not good at all, need of a doctor in site, facilities do not have a cafeteria. very low salaries compared to industry and local market, High level of attrition They think their training is the best and it is not so. Very disorganized, They don[t have the culture to work from home
