The pay was good. Most of your co workers are willing to help. When you are not working at home the work life balance is pretty good. No Dress Code.

Cons

Management does not know how to do the job. They say it is not a call center then expect you to make phone calls in order to push for a five star survey. You can get up to four cases a day, however I had a backlog of 60 cases that the management expected me to touch and speak to customers. No support from leadership. They do not communicate with each other. Poor training. They train you on how to do certain things, but not on the operating systems used to do the actual job. They threaten the contract will be pulled every six months or so.

Thank you for your feedback on your experience with our company – I’m sorry that it didn’t seem to be a good fit for what you were looking for! We certainly don’t take inbounds calls like a call center does – but in most cases the best way to get issues resolved is to pick of the phone and talk to the customer whenever there is a question. Being able to manage a diverse caseload is critical in our environment. With Covid affecting people and requiring a lot of work from home situations, there has certainly been no short of issues for us to help out with! Good luck in your future endeavor – I hope you have found a position that is a better fit!
