5yThank you for your feedback on your experience with our company – I’m sorry that it didn’t seem to be a good fit for what you were looking for! With Covid affecting people and requiring a lot of work from home situations, there has certainly been no short of issues for us to help out with! In this position it is critical to have excellent case management skills, as we believe in keeping ownership of a customer’s issue until it is resolved. It may require working with multiple departments and take several weeks before reaching a resolution – all while checking back with the customer to see how things are going and working with new customers. Lastly, our employees receive 15 paid days off per year, in addition to 11 paid holidays. We encourage all employee to use their time each year, and simply ask to schedule it in advance (to my knowledge we have never implemented any black-out dates!)
