5yThank you for your comments. As our customers have ever-changing needs we do our best to keep up with them, and sometimes that means schedule changes. We do our best to make changes on a volunteer basis first, and then move to a ranking based on performance. Any changes we endeavor to provide a 2-week notice to give you time to make a change in your life. Before hiring any employee we communicate the need to have a flexible schedule before you can even be considered - we want to be as transparent as possible about this requirement!
