5yThanks for the feedback! Our employees tell us their number 1 reason for staying with us is our collaborative environment and working with their team. We will continue to reinforce this as we grow. Our main focus will be to maintain that 'family feel' as we triple in size over the next 3-5 years!

5yThanks for the feedback. Improving our communication across the company is one of our key goals for 2021. We also have a matrix reporting structure - so I can see where there would be some confusion. However, in our global working environment we find that this structure helps bring consistency to our global approach to supporting our customer.
