One word: Learning. No communication barriers, you can talk to site manager or see Global Directors walking down the aisle Great working atmosphere. Company Meetings, lead by regional managers once a month, guarantee transparence and feedback. You will learn a lot here, and since it is growing, you can be part of the agents of change toward excellence.

Cons

Resting areas need redesign. Its not only to rest, you should be able to distress. The environment in this area should relax you, overall the experience needs to be tailored with this in mind. Tek should pay Engineers an engineering salary, not a fast-food restaurant wage. ITIL, ITSM implementation is an urgent matter as the company grows fast-paced.

Salary is low for what we do. We were always coping with changes that later on are no longer permitted. Management is only committed to processes and not the people since they always had deff ears to our pleadings. Computers are locked with call center wise policies and we were restricted with internet filters so it made it feel like a call center. Also direct management doesn't help at all and they are not clear with processes and support.
