      Growing Company with opportunities

      Pros

      Dynamic new Technical Company in the US. Love the fact that I'm with a growing company with tons of potential and opportunity. The work is challenging and I'm learning daily. People are nice and the facility is very modern and cozy.

      Cons

      With lots of growth comes growing pains, but management is motivated to stay on top of the opportunities and work through the issues. It's been very busy, but the last week or so has leveled out and is more manageable.

      Pros

      -Great training. -Good infrastructure. -Good environment. -Training from 3rd parties, in this case, Microsoft TAs -Anyone can make it through the interview, the exam they do is irrelevant, you don't need any knowledge as the job requirements say.

      Cons

      -Weird management, since everything they do need to go to the main HQ, which usually takes a lot of time. -Low pay. -No opportunity to grow, unless you are a friend of managers.

      * Great working environment * Good location for the university students * Opportunity to growth thanks to the knowledge of teams colleagues

      Cons

      * The salary is the same even though you are promoted to Premier Engineer * They only worry about the metrics * A lot of people leave at their first year, making the teams unstable.
