Relaxed environment. Positive and supportive culture. Challenging knowledge-based work. Encourages innovation and change. Energetic and enthusiastic management team. Unlimited potential to progress in position and responsibility.

Cons

Must thrive on constant change because the company is growing quickly and evolving towards excellence. Some support infrastructure is non-existent or immature. Expectations are high given entry level pay rates.

This work environment allows the exploration of ideas and concepts to make the work experience more relaxing, family oriented, and fun. You feel appreciated like your opinion and input matters. This is a very diverse and friendly atmosphere with co workers from all walks of life working very well together producing great results.

There is never enough coffee and there must be a bee in the air it's busy busy busy

Positive atmosphere, fantastic management, potential for professional and personal growth, amazing learning environment, working with people who truly care about what they do. This company is growing fast and is doing it fabulously. I am proud to work for Tek Experts and am excited to be working with an innovative and hardworking group of coworkers and management. We have even been visited multiple times by our upper management (Global Operations Managers, COO, CEO,CFO, CTO, Global HR Manager and even our actual Owner) even though most of them are home-based out of the country. Everyone in management is approachable and always willing to listen to you. I can't believe how lucky I was to find this company and to be starting my career with them. I honestly do believe this is the best place to work in Colorado Springs.

Cons

Because we are an internationally based company we do get paid once a month which is fine for me but could be a con to others who are not used to getting paid like that.
