Growth Opportunities: While there are opportunities for growth within the company, there are no meaningful incentives. For instance, a Level 2 employee earns only $100 less than a Level 3 employee. Similarly, SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) are underpaid compared to their responsibilities. This lack of fair compensation leads to high turnover, as senior employees often leave due to increasing responsibilities without corresponding salary adjustments.
Tek Steps Program: The Tek Steps program needs a significant overhaul. In its current state, it is poorly structured and ineffective, offering little to no value for employees.
Vacation Policies: The company should improve its vacation policies to align with industry standards. Suggestions include implementing additional days off for wellness, birthdays, or family days—renewable annually and flexible to use at any time.
