Pros

The few good things? A tiny handful of coworkers are cool, and the salary always gets paid on time.

Cons

The workplace has a lot of downsides – high turnover, drama, and lazy coworkers. The pay is low, and the vibe is toxic. If you're into slacking off, being unprofessional, and getting away with it, Tek's the spot. Yes! You can smoke weed on breaks and get away with terrible behavior. Sometimes, acting out might even get you a promotion. Hard work isn't recognized, and the global leadership isn't great. If you're into gossip, drugs, and not taking things seriously, you'll fit right in.

Pros

The company offers a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work from home 3 days per week and on-site for 2 days. Based on performance, there is also the possibility of transitioning to a fully remote work arrangement.

Cons

Equipment: I have been working here for almost a year, and the company has not provided me with a laptop. Instead, I was given a desktop that I need to transport on the days I work from the office. This is surprising, as in all my previous companies, laptops were provided from day one. Salary: The salary is relatively low compared to other outsourcing companies in the same industry. For entry-level positions, the difference can be around $400–$500 less. Growth Opportunities: While there are opportunities for growth within the company, there are no meaningful incentives. For instance, a Level 2 employee earns only $100 less than a Level 3 employee. Similarly, SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) are underpaid compared to their responsibilities. This lack of fair compensation leads to high turnover, as senior employees often leave due to increasing responsibilities without corresponding salary adjustments. Tek Steps Program: The Tek Steps program needs a significant overhaul. In its current state, it is poorly structured and ineffective, offering little to no value for employees. Vacation Policies: The company should improve its vacation policies to align with industry standards. Suggestions include implementing additional days off for wellness, birthdays, or family days—renewable annually and flexible to use at any time.
