      None. There is no pros of working here.

      Cons

      They give you more work than you can handle and still expect perfect work preformce. There is no case load cap which is how they overload their employees.

      Thank you for your feedback - though it sounds like our company was not a good fit for what you are looking for. We are indeed committed to the customer - and when technology breaks it tends to create a surge of work that comes in all at the same time. We believe that everyone's issue needs to be addressed, and therefore we would not turn away a customer just because other customers were also having an issue!       Overall great company to work for

      Pros

      In my current position, I feel genuinely cared for as an employee. I appreciate that management understands that we all get burnt out (even working from home) and it is easy to schedule days off if needed. The managers are great overall and everyone seems to be very positive which in turn makes the days go by a bit easier. Working from home is great.

      Cons

      Pay raises are a bit confusing. With minimum wage and the cost of living increasing, it is getting harder to live off of the current pay rates. Monthly pay can make this a bit harder as many of us are living paycheck to paycheck. It can be hard to find updates on policies that pertain to us. A website or portal that is more user friendly would be very much appreciated.

      Thank you for the detailed feedback. I'm happy to share we are already in the process of working on several of your suggestions. There is work underway to move to an every-other week pay cycle - I expect to roll this out by mid year 2021. We are also working on a project to roll out technology that will smooth out the communication process to all employees - this is scheduled to release in 2021 as well! Stay tuned!

      Amazing Team mates: You will meet intelligient and dedicated engineers willing to always help you Freedom: Tek allows you the freedom to express yourself and be who you wanna (this is also changing due to micro-management) Learning : Best place to learn about cloud technologies in Nigeria. Global Experience/Big Name Shoutout to the training dept, Those guys made my stay worth it..

      Cons

      Use and Dump mentality Dishonest Management Low pay Disregard for humane practices Favoritism and The 'Nigerian' factor. The peak was compelling everyone to do a Questionaire in 2019, and not one recommendation was implemented.
