Pros

-Hybrid options, can work from home some of the time

Cons

-Management is clueless with an incredibly high turnover rate -Low level employees are exploited and overworked -Low pay -Forced to work holidays. EVERY holiday. Including Christmas. Literally no days off. -Very little opportunity for advancement -Even when a position opens up, they will drag their feet filling it, leaving the position unfilled for months at a time and letting the team suffer the consequences. -Insane focus on hitting metrics that are set very high with little support -Training is basically non-existent, you get a couple weeks and then are thrown in the fire.

Pros

Colleagues were great and the experience gained was good.

Cons

Horrible Pay and even worse HR. HR fought me on taking approved FMLA leave when my daughter was born premature. My manager had to send them documents showing they were attempting to break the law before they stopped harassing me, despite them (and Colorado Law) telling me I could take them time off.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

No care about employees: They hired employees to work remotely during covid and then decided to renovate and reopen their office. The only option given to employees was they had to come in regardless of distance, child care, etc. or lose their job. No care about employees: They hired employees to work remotely during covid and then decided to renovate and reopen their office. The only option given to employees was they had to come in regardless of distance, child care, etc. or lose their job. Wages are NOT competitive, and they know it: They pay woefully low compared to the industry standard for the work done. They went as far as "spending money to have a company do 'industry research' and claimed they would be transparent about their findings. Well when the results came in they claimed “They needed to hire a new team of 3 executives to review it” until their review was completed over the next few years we would not be told what they found. Work life balance does not exist: They expect you to work any shift they need to fill regardless of your life. “We lost our night time guy so you guys will no longer have set schedules and will work when we tell you to.” They loath 5 star customer service: I was written up as a result of getting a glowing customer review, because the customer couldn’t wait for my manager to talk to them before closing the ticket, as they were heading home. They do not train their employees: The employees get an orientation class and about a week of the worst customer service “training” known to man. Then they are expected to be able to trouble shoot for customers that have master’s degrees on the subject. They woefully lie to their clients and take it out on their employees when promised metrics are higher than what a full team of 20 can accomplish but they’ve forced 15 of those people to quit and find other jobs. Leaving five team members unable to meet the client’s metrics. This is taken out on the team members verbally. They seem to cut every corner possible to save the company money at the expense of the employee.
