Pros

The work environment is excellent; we truly feel like a family. Very flexible hours and the ability to work in a hybrid mode. Benefits such as medical insurance, access to a doctor, chiropractor, psychologist, and transportation.

Cons

Salaries are a bit low compared to other places. We don't have a buffet for meals or a cafeteria.
