Pros

It's located in a central place easily reachable by public transport.

Cons

Very poor management! Meaningless internal procedures. Due to the poor management the moral of most of the employees is very low. The workload is to big for the current number of employees the company waits until the workload goes out of control and the hire new people just to manage it temporary. The payment is too low for the required work. The bonus system is insufficient. The rate of leaving the company after started is 1 year top.
