Pros

It was good for a first-time experience. I was grateful to have a non-voice chat support position experience.

Cons

Disputes! Sometimes not even prioritized and taken action. It was just so disappointing given that we really did our job and provided great service replying and handling the customers, working for the company. One reason also why I had to quit.

Some employees are regularly required to work extra hours to meet project deadlines, but the company's current compensation package does not adequately account for these additional efforts. This oversight can lead to decreased job satisfaction and employee burnout.
