Pros

Managers are ready to go ahead and take a step for you in any situation you face that is troubling you. Teal leaders are all home grown and knows their roles and procedures which as a result helps the agent.

Cons

Transport system needs to do many changes to their professionalism which is not very good. Just having cabs and running them is not all what transport needs to look for. They should ensure the management as well.
