Pros

The job itself is low stress once you get the hang of it. Free lunch in cafeteria for certain special venue The UPS Store locations. The owner works just as hard as the staff when their is a big project going on.

Cons

The upper management is not the best to work under. Employee Morale is low to the point of not caring about the job.

Pros

* Employees will be required to learn and implement .SUPERIOR and excellent customer service skills. Face to face and phone interaction a constant. * If you did not before, you WILL become an expert in regards to multi-tasking, people skills, attention to detail, and working hard in a fast paced environment. * You will learn data entry of at least 40 WPM by default. * You will learn all aspects of a Retail/Customer service environment in a small business setting. which, in my opinion, is the way to go before heading up to the bigger companies.

Cons

*Raises are few and far between. You will learn pretty quick that is the case, so it's more of a choice(for applicant) than a con(on the company). Temporary dollar or two an hour or experience?

Pros

It's always neat to see the different odd/unusual items customers bring in to pack and ship. It's a pretty relaxed place to work, not usually stressful, and having easy going coworkers makes it better. Customer interaction is simple and the job is straightforward and mindless.

Cons

Poor store owners can really break the job. I don't feel that myself or any of my coworkers are paid nearly enough for the work we do. Store owners tend to not want to hire full time employees because they don't want to pay for the benefits they would have to pay.
