Pros

Very friendly people. You can talk to anyone and usually get a nice response and some good advice. Great name to have on your resume.

Cons

Very boring and tedious work. Manager made it seem like her work was so hard and stressful when in reality she was more of a secretary than a financial services associate.

Pros

Great company environment with lots energy and motivation and room for growth if you are a hard worker. You also get a lot of interaction across the firm and exposure to different departments gives you tons of experience.

Cons

Not very diverse and learning and development is limited to the discretion of the managers so if you want to further advance your career and learning curve you are better off doing it at your own time.
