Pros

Really enjoyed my year with UBS, colleagues were great and there were always a lot of events and opportunities to meet leaders.

Cons

Has less perks than some of the other Investment banks and brand recognition is worse in the US. People kept thinking i work for UPS delivering packets ;)

Pros

The hourly wage was very competitive in comparison to local companies and firms around the San Jose area. The upper level management was always willing to provide me with guidance and never turned down one of my questions.

Cons

The amount of responsibility that you are given is very low in comparison to the amount of responsibility that my friends were given in their internships. You really do not learn much at all that will benefit you in the future.
