Pros

The atmosphere is great; can't beat working in a skyscraper in Downtown Chicago. The people are also really quality.

Cons

The intern gatherings were mostly seminar styled gatherings, and there isn't much of an opportunity to meet more than a few interns over the course of the internship. It would be better if the interns could be gathered every once in a while for the sake of mingling.

Pros

Good working hours, supervisor is very understanding and gives time off when you need to leave work. Internship allowance is also not bad.

Cons

Interns were encouraged to attend training sessions, which may seem albeit pointless sometimes as it eats into your working hours and does not provide any value added to personal development.
