Pros

Interning at UBS is a great opportunity to see how a top tier financial firm operates. If you work in the right WM group, you will learn a lot about the business.

Cons

Experience completely depends on the office you are assigned to work with. You could get stuck with a jerk boss who makes you cold call from 9 to 5 (or even longer). Or you can have a great office to work in where you will actually do some finance stuff and learn.

Pros

Brand name wirehouse so that definitely helps

Cons

This is true only for Private Wealth Management, but the Corporate Management seemed to place results above all else without regard to their employees
