Pros

Flexible working hours Remote working (only after covid) Nice offices

Cons

- bad management and politics in a toxic environment: everyone from employees to managers keep complaining about everything, trying to find the fault in others instead of improving; proactivity is not welcome here - obsolete technology (15+ years): even if there is motivation to migrate to a newer technology, they succeed only by crippling it and using it as incorrectly as possible, e.g: Agile rollout taking months or even an year, you keep working more on old workarounds than on new solutions. - remote work is degrading due to the continuous disservices with the providers used - don't trust anyone: the new recruits have been hunted as if in a poisoned game - work/human ethic no longer exists: hide as much as possible and work as little as possible

Pros

The salary is ok, though expect no raises.

Cons

I have not gotten a rise in 2 years. I did undergo bullying and nationalism (in case you are not Polish) and was overpressed by my LM till depression. I lost my colleagues one by one for the same or similar reasons until the whole team find itself drowning in work. There is only speaking about career opportunities. And no one would care about it. In my whole life, I haven't had a worse job. P.S. Funny fact. They called asking to arrange a conversation about the reported situation and... never called back and do not answer when I call them. This proves again that no one cares there about people.

Pros

- People are generally nice - good brand name (but my advice is to look last the brand name and at the job scope more) - relatively high starting pay for corporate centre GTP

Cons

- pathetic increment (bosses will justify it that GTPs already get more than full time employees) - pathetic bonus (2 weeks is default) - cost cutting everywhere, from benefits like staff celebrations, even OT claims need to be approved before hand, outsourcing to lower cost areas - need to do 'CCA' to get 'noticed' and promoted..resulting in many promotees focusing on 'CCA' and organising all sorts of events, but disregarding their core work. Management claims these extra activities are the way to make you 'stand out' in ops where people have less obvious KPI versus e.g. Sales - Ops management claims to be suporotive of internal mobility but if it involves mobility out of Ops, it's a different story. - even a senior Ops management once commented to Ops interns and potential GTPs to 'not consider Ops' and go else where, which says a lot about the kind of work and culture there. That being said, if youre looking for a retirement job or not looking for much progression, this place may be great for you
