UBS is a trusted name among wealthy individuals and you get access to some exclusive investment opportunities (Apollo, Blackstone, etc.) for your clients due to UBS's size.

Cons

At the end of the day if you can't bring in new assets then you're out the door.

Pros

Upward mobility encouraged, support and assistance is top notch, really know how to assist with business development and in improving client relations

Cons

location and traffic are the only real downsides. parking can be a hastle and they don't reimburse for hot lanes.
