Pros

Smart business minds in management from branch level to upper corporate level. Turned the firm around in 3 years to be one of the best financial services firms on Wall Street. Listens to clients and employees to improve systems and processes. A lot of choices for the investor.

Cons

Fees are a little higher than some "wirehouse" firms.
