People are getting away with mediocre quality level of work, Specifically Indians seem to be more interested in office politics than in doing a good job and to work hard on the tasks at hand. Continuous back-stabbing by Indian office gang culture makes life difficult for people who actually want to do a good job. Knowledgeable and hardworking personnel are overlooked by Senior management in favor of politically ambitious persons, who have no interest in anything but advancement for themselves.

Dreadful management, management bullying in the workplace, employees are expected to provide own their laptop (and UBS contribute nothing to the cost), unstable IT systems, poor compensation, very slow (4-8 weeks) to give feedback after a job interview.
