The company has many females leaders to look up to. Culture is extremely inclusive and welcoming. Internal politics is to the minimal. The leaders are very understanding and always welcome suggestions from every level of employees. In a nutshell, it's a company where you feel valued as an employee.

Cons

Work load gets a lot due to compliance activities. Office visits are mandatory 3 days a week.
