Pros

My position was only seasonal during the month of November and December. It paid a decent salary and worked out for my particular needs.

Cons

My particular position had no opportunity to advance however other non-seasonal positions such as a package handler hav the opportunity to advance. The problem with advancement within UPS is that it typically takes a generous time of working part time as a package handler before moving to anything else.

Pros

Great way to make money during the Christmas holidays. Most of the drivers are really nice and help; along with a great pay package.

Cons

You only work for a short period and because UPS is unionized it is hard to get full time work with the company.

Pros

Might have a chance to get re hired in facility. Many hours. Drivers are pretty fun to hang out with.

Cons

Definitely not a long term. My driver told supervisor of my good work and wasn't even recognized. Pay increased due to contract but last paycheck was back to just 8 an hour.
