Pros

ALL Carrots. Higher pay in the beginning. Turns into less pay over all. If your female and have a college degree work at UPS that's the #1 priority for them more women making $33.40 an hour + best benefits package ever. Or in high management positions.

Cons

Female get promoted on the basis of their sex, not merit. Stuck in a part time supervisor position. No advancement. Unfair policies and politics in the management ranks. Yu would have to experience it to believe it. No recourse for getting hammed over. No grievance policy, rock the boat as management and your fired. The fact its not unique for a PT supervisor to be in this stuck position. Several of my colleagues feel the same. I regret going into UPS part time management I would have had better chances of success if I had stayed in the union ranks.
