Awesome company. Loved just about all of it. One couldn’t ask for much more in a company. Everyone was so nice and courteous. Mostly.

Cons

This year the program was cut short and we lost out on a months work I was counting on. It would have a 5 star rating otherwise.

Starting pay is $10 an hour, I've only worked for this company 14 months and I already make $12.50. Hours are perfect for anyone going to school or who has a second job. Lower management (i.e. supervisors) is always friendly and willing to help out. Safe work environment Keeps you in shape.

Cons

Very physically challenging job. Higher management loves to put everything off til the last minute. Can take quite some time to move up in the company.
