Pros

Leave policy is generous including annual leave of 30 days per year. Maternity and paternity policies that are very good compared to most US employers. Expatriate benefits, especially education grant is good though unlike private companies the employee has to pay a minimum of 25%.

Cons

Not dynamic. Job can get routine and the administrative support is bloated. Limited career mobility means that one can get stuck after one or 2 promotions.
