Great Technology, Enterprise support and top 500 companies in the world are clients, good pay, top class work locations...lots of opportunity to learn. Metrics are centralized..

Cons

Management stop treating Support Engineer's as call center agents, VMware is a Enterprise class product companies. Afraid that its going to loose the charm if the trend continues.... High iteration rate, Management doesn't care about experienced employees.. People also don't care because they get better opportunities ahead.. but that doesn't mean that one should not value Employee... Peers in other centers are treated well... Manager's control most part of the operations and knowledge management. A lot of favoritism is noticed in term of training, promotions and compensations to individual Engineers.. High Politics within the management.
