      Hostile Work Environment-Poor Leadership

      Colleagues were knowledgeable and passionate about their roles and wanted to see leadership changes.

      Cons

      Leadership is absolutely poor. Upper management was and is hostile and they promote a toxic work environment. HR was not willing to hear complaints, and nothing was confidential. I left and former colleagues reach out to me daily asking if there are openings where I am. I feel sorry for MMSD and the citizens of Milwaukee, WI. The client and citizens are getting robbed

      No worklife balance, 1 salary doing several jobs

      Cannot think of any good things

      Cons

      1) no work life balances - work late everyday 2) too many manual process/works/billing. I am like living 2 decades ago. 3) leaders keeps asking to use different portal to process order to hit their KIP. 4) still have to work when you are on medical leave or on vacation 5) no process and never want to improve process

      - Veolia corporate is strongly engaged in the climate crisis and willing to align their goals to being part of the solution.

      Cons

      - terrible onboarding process, lack of training, or formal company overview of what the business does, why its important and what your role will bring to the table and how it will interact with other parts of the business. - no buddy system for new hires, you are flying solo from the get go - lack of culture and engagement with employees, very much a heads down work, work, work environment - projects collide and cross over each other with lack of strategy and prioritization.
