      My 6 Month Probation Period

      Pros

      I have found the site staff very helpful when settling in, and when we all work as a team the site runs so much smoother. The job has been enjoyable and I have learnt so much in the short 6 month period.

      Cons

      Poor communication in regards to the management side. There seems to be very little trust and the managers are very quick to judge and point the finger when they feel things have gone wrong. I left a company that I worked 21 years for and we all had a great understanding and help method towards each other, I am sorry to say that I do not see the same respect between peers on Veolia. The company seems to be behind in the times of respect towards all members of staff, this makes staff feel uncomfortable when trying to talk to management about even the smallest issues.
