TACHO 2 loaders when there should be 3 Poor management bar 1 or 2 One pair of gloves every 6 weeks which is ridiculous Veolia have made a very easy job extremely hard !!!! Management pretend to be in meetings when you need them Being pressured to do more work when you’ve finished at 3pm onwards Poor PPE Paid incorrectly and late Too much workload on certain rounds The list goes on
