      huge discrepancies in salaries among employees with the same job and characteristics. When working with politicians, corruption is not far away.

      The company is in a great industry for making a difference - the opportunity draws many talented people

      Cons

      The company is unstable and treats some of their employees very poorly - there are some very good people in the company and working with them makes a great experience but there are a lot more who are not out for anyone but themselves and that kind of thing is rewarded by upper management. Inclusion and diversity are treated as a PR box to be checked by upper management.
