Cons

Senior Leadership is clueless. Sr. Leaders spend most of their time managing HR issues due to burn out and employment issues as well as traveling to MBR's where the GM's paint a story that is far from reality in order to placate those leaders. In short, a big waste of time and no real progress regarding the turnover rate. The ESS organization is BEYOND LEAN to the extent that the talented employees burn out or leave. Management is terrible. Account Manager's are driving trucks, performing lab-packs, and selling services. NO work life balance...not even close.

Made good friends. That's it.

Cons

No respect for employee time. Excessive workload. Sneering and bullying attitude from management to staff. Bleat on about health and safety culture yet work badly paid staff to the point of collapse.
