Pros

Decent pay. An educational foot in the industry. Some say the least bad environmental company. The first couple promotions go quick and there is vertical movement if you're willing to move.

Cons

Long hours. Unpredictable. They run a skeleton crew so everyone is wearing more than one hat. Communication internally and with our clients is terrible, but considered normal. Training could be better.

Great health and safety good support front local sources

Cons

Expect 110% on a constant basis, massive blame culture, if something goes wrong they always look for someone to blame and fear of dismissal is huge. Stress levels for middle management are very high although they have no real autonomy.
