Constant reorganization over past 5 years. Top mgmt thinks they are in a growth industry. Reorgs have pushed good people out the door and have not accomplished stated objectives.

I am happy with the benefits and I like the people I work with.

Cons

Management consists of white males only. No career advancements for women or other ethnicities. Employees (hourly) are paid poorly and poorly managed. Management gets all the bonus and perks. Managers do not know how to recognize good, hardworking and loyal employees. Good employees resign to find something better.

Cons

Very poor maintenance; to the point I believe this location is on the chopping block. Safety - poor People in leadership positions that are not capable or prepared for the responsibility; but make good yes men.
