Stop wasting staff's time on performance review if you can't allow them to grow by transferring inter company. As far I know not a single employee from Energy division was ever given opportunity in other divisions. At least not me, I applied 3 times but no success.

I've worked in several place before but I never felt so stress and constantly watch by a manager. Middle managers are the worst they tend to monitoring every act and gesture. So that they can fired you without any problems, obviously HR knows about that but they barely know your name so...? The pay is so low that you rather stay on benefits. There is no progressive ideas or whatsoever only process and procedures in place you could hardly change, they have an innovation team which is a joke, they changed the emplacement of bins and they mark up thay as an innovative project. Well! Frankly speaking have seen more creativity.
