      1 hour for lunch I suppose

      -Manger brings personal life into work and takes it out on individuals. -Intermediate Management have a set of rules for junior people and don’t fallow them themselves - intermediate manger is very volatile toward his employees, Confronting personnels in an open plan office which should of been in private. -Undermining employees -Intermediate management talks openly about leaving and say Veolia is a bad place to work. Good bunch of people in there, very nice and mojority of the time it was enjoyable

      Pros

      Friendly team and supportive manager. Great work that contribute to environmental preservation. There are some genuinely wonderful people who really care about their work and the positive impact on society,

      Cons

      Egoistic and hierarchical senior management in AU. Promotions are dependent on personal relationships, likes and dislikes as opposed to competency. Waste and bad decisions by senior management goes unchallenged.

      Met some good people that worked there.

      Cons

      Always running around and trying to lift things I cannot lift, and getting in trouble if things aren’t done at an impossible speed/bullied by people in higher roles than me Terrible people work there, it’s part of the culture No raises or chances to advance Not diverse, many known racist people in high roles Nepotism
