      Great people but pay gap

      The culture and benefits are great.

      Cons

      They pay little and want a lot out of employees. Requirements are constantly changing. The job I was hired they required a bachelor now they require an associates which is fine but the pay scale should change across the board and it doesn’t.

      Low pay, most of the veterans have left the company. Left to figure things out on your own. Short staff.
