      Pros

      There has been A LOT of change over the years. The change was managed very well and corporate culture was strong which helped with the growth and challenges.

      Cons

      The last couple years have been tough. We have lost a lot of talent and are struggling to attract new talent. A lot of positions are not being posted but being filled by people from the land of the baguette. I have had to have tough talks with my employees and advise from a career standpoint departure may be needed to continue growth. So many in management have a sense of entitlement and arrogance which is common, but this management team is lacking the intelligence and decision making skills to back it up.

      This review is for my overseeing manager (Jennifer Taylor) who is an absolutely incredible human being, she is understanding, kind, positive and endlessly helpful. I have always been able to be honest with her and she has made me feel comfortable with any and every concerns I have had. She is an incredible coach, team leader, teacher, friend, and everything that you would hope an amazing manager would be. I
