      Some complex an interesting projects.

      Cons

      Management seemed oblivious to poor moral and ignored advice and feedback despite having very poor staff retention. I'd seen VNS change in my time towards a 'hire and fire' attitude which is not sustainable. The stress put on people was huge, with little to no recognition of good work or achievements unless you were friends with management. A lot of time, money and development was spent on management, this was not the chase for engineers.

      Money given towards lunch Good salary package Possibly a good place to work if you have the right manager and team Diverse

      Cons

      Long hours without breaks Canteen at lunch crammed so you can’t move A toxic working environment (unless in a click) Rude and clueless middle managers Bad car parking Plenty of rules but poor policies and HR system

      Decent benefits: commuter, phone etc.

      Cons

      No accountability for performance. Most employees I have interacted with like to push work into others or it doesn’t get done at all, with no consequences. No incentive to actually exceed expectations. Senior management is old and lacks any imagination. The employees that excel in their roles are under paid and usually leave after they can’t bear the frustration any more.
